Death, tragedy, and neglect, darkness and desolation... I've got em in spades. Sure, everyone's got trauma, but mine, mine is a special kind of torture. The things I've done, the person I've become; a twisted mass of anger, hatred, misery, and pain... They say hindsight is 20-20, but it's all a blur of lies and regret. Every day repeating, permeating, perpetuating; unwilling to remember, unable to forget... My dark, black past welcomes me home. Memoires; Thoughts of a Broken Mind: 

Thinking is great. Thoughts are essential but, thoughts on their own though can be dangerous. Thoughts of anger, emptiness, and despair; thoughts without purpose that lurk and invade our stream of consciousness are the most troubling. Dark thoughts spawned by past trauma can sneak in and twist and sabotage a conversation, a relationship, a whole day or even years of our lives.
